1:1 Quantum Shadow Work

Yin yoga and sound healing sessions are offered in person only.
During a session, I will guide you through pranayama, meditation, a series of yin poses held minimum 3 to 5 minutes each, and end with about 10 minutes of sound healing during savasana. The session will be structured to your desired goals and needs. If you purchase the Reiki option, Reiki will be provided during each of the poses during practice.
During a session, with your permission, I may or may not use any of the following accompanying tools: aroma therapy with essential oils, hands on adjustment, crystals, oracle cards, palo santo, or sage.

1:1 Reiki Healing
$133 -60 minute session

During your one on one Reiki session, I channel high vibrational Reiki energy, otherwise known as life force energy, and it passes through my palm chakras into your physical body either via gentle touch, close hovering of my palms over your body, or remotely. If familiar with acupuncture, it is similar to this without the needles - the end result being shifting of energies in the physical body which allows release, balancing, and healing on all levels.
During this transfer of energy, I am not healing you - I am simply a channel. Your body is powerfully intuitive, and outside of isolated healing, it will take the life force energy to balance and heal where it is needed most in the body at that time.
At any point during the session, you may experience tingling sensations or vibrations throughout your body, emotional releases, energetic shifts, sudden recall of memories, colors behind your closed eyes, or you may not have any of this occur. You may simply relax into a meditative state or even fall asleep. Everyone's experience is different. Regardless of what you do experience, the Reiki is always at work.

During these quantum shadow work sessions, I will assist you in releasing stuck energies, negative programs and thought patterns, and healing inner child wounds. We will work together to rewire the mind with positive programming, universal truths, and thought patterns rooted in unconditional love and authenticity. In session I will use a collaboration of intuitively guided conversation, sound healing, Reiki, meditation, journaling, and possibly asana. As with any other healing, I am not healing you – I am aiding in the shifting and releasing of energies and guiding you to remember who you are underneath many false narratives, to release, heal, and rebuild yourself.
During these sessions is not only an opportunity to heal particular matters and ailments and find consistent wellness within your entire being and existence, but also lies the opportunity to mindfully develop on a soul level and consistently raise your vibration and consciousness.
